We are here to help.

Deciding to renovate or finding the perfect space for your business is not easy, and once you have, the challenges you face with designing, building and occupying the space can be daunting. IT, AV equipment and furniture are often excluded from the contractor's scope and if not coordinated in design, often add to construction costs and create delays later in the project. We are here to help fill in the missing pieces of your project, mitigate risk and meet your budget and schedule

Space Analysis

Existing Conditions Use Analysis: Evaluate how occupiers currently use space. What functions well, what space is underutilized, what can be repurposed.

Programming: Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to determine departmental needs Provide programming data that will be the cornerstone of the remaining project processes.

Constructability Evaluation: Review existing location or potential new locations to evaluate construction risk and potential long term maintenance costs.

Design Oversight

Test Fit: Apply programming outputs to real estate options to determine the best path to pursue.

Planning Coordination: Manage the design process to incorporate the outputs from space analysis and test fit to take the project from concept to construction documents.

Document Review: Review construction documents at 50%, 90 % and perform a page turn with the stakeholders prior to permit submittal. Assure furniture, fixture and equipment drawings are coordinated into the final plan set.

Resource Management

Team Assembly: Identify all resources required to complete the established project scope.  Review owner resources against required vendors and determine additional resources required.

Requests for Proposals: Prepare requests for proposals for additional resources required. Review response from our vendor network and make recommendations.

Resource Integration:  Incorporate complete resource list into master schedule, communication plan and Financial management tool.

Installation Oversite: Confirm vendors are tracking with their micro schedule and that tasks are complete according to the master schedule.

Relocation
Management
